 These experiences laid the foundation for his musical aspirations. At the age of four, he received his first guitar, marking the beginning of his musical journey.

Musical Career and Notable Works

John's career took off with his debut single "Prasna" in 2020, followed by collaborations like "Firework" with Nyshang. 

In 2021, he released "Parkhi Rahexu," "Ko Xa Ra," and "Vagyamani Moh."

His 2022 track "Sadhana" went viral on TikTok, and "Mutu Dekhin" further solidified his presence.

 In 2023, he released "Hawa Jastai" and "Samaya Ley," with "Hawa Jastai" amassing over 24 million views on YouTube.

Band Formation and Collaborations

John is also the lead vocalist and keyboardist for the band "John and The Locals," collaborating with musicians like Shreehang Rai (guitar), Manuhang Rai (bass), Jasperr Rai (drums), and Sudarshan Thapa (percussion). The band has been instrumental in bringing John's music to a wider audience.

Recent Releases and Performances

In October 2023, John released the single "Farkanna Hola," continuing his tradition of heartfelt music. He has also performed live events, including a notable performance with Daju Bhai Band in June 2023.
